In an ideal world, we all have a therapist or coach and 4 day work weeks. In our current modern world, traditional talk therapy to help us maximize our potential does not always work for our individual lifestyle or schedule. If you are interested to work with me below are some options to get started. In-person talk therapy 

These sessions are conducted in a confidential and comfortable office setting in Coral Gables, FL. In person talk therapy is the most traditional therapy. I am experienced in addressing a wide range of issues--see my 'about' me for more details. In person talk therapy can be a beautiful experience for anyone seeking to enhance their self awareness and/or personal growth through dialogue that will help you understand and challenge your thoughts/belief systems and behaviors with the goal to take responsibility of your happiness and fulfillment. 

Therapy may be short term or long term, depending on needs and current functioning. Tangible goals are created collaboratively.

Teletherapy or Online Counseling

Sessions are offered online via a HIPAA compliant telemedicine online platform. Participation requires an online registration, brief online screening, and to be a living resident of Florida. 

Goals are created collaboratively and the platform provides an online tool to track or monitor symptoms. These sessions may be a good fit if you are experiencing a particularly difficult change in your life or are having uncomfortable symptoms of anxiety or depression. Some unwanted behaviors may also be treated through this platform.

Hybrid Psychotherapy-Life Coaching 

These sessions are conducted online but without HIPAA compliant software. 

Individuals must not be presenting any major mental health concerns to be eligible and in-person initial session is required to determine goals, expectations and establish working rapport. 

Sessions are primarily goal driven but with the same non judgmental, empathic approach as traditional therapy. If you struggle with accountability, issues with execution of goals or seeking to clarify your direction, you might like this fusion of psychotherapy and life coaching.
